So i can just read the journal detail about the mission then do nothing if i wish not to do it? And also, would an ishtar be okay for lv4 Q-17 missions?

Which is better, a lv3 Q10 agent or a lv4 -17 agent? Can i talk to the agent, see what his mission is then decline it without taking a hit?

its reduces the need of AB`ers by 2%. Not really worth 150 LP you think? I have 7 mill sp after all and my nav skills are quite good.. Should I pass on this?

5. How do increase my faction standings? - in Missions & Complexes [original thread]
Im new to mission running so bare with me. Im gallente, so do i ahve to be in Gall space to get those type of agents to increase my faction standings? And when ive enough LPs do i automatically get newer/better/higher agents?
